Reunion Blues Lightweight, Upscale, Affordable Ukulele Case
Available for both concert and tenor size, the new RB Continental ukulele case from Reunion Blues combines sleek contemporary design with the ultimate in instrument protection and is the industry's first and only upscale, affordable case for the ukulele.
A 1" thick shock-absorbing Flexoskeleton'exterior is lined with reinforced impact panels and an exterior EVA-reinforced multipocket features musician-friendly storage, making accessories easily accessible without having to open the case. A non-slip rubber side rest and knurled abrasion grid on the bottom is also included to help resist scuffing. A large zippered "quick-stash" accessory pocket is provided, along with adjustable, hideaway padded back pack straps.
Access to the inside of the case starts with water-resistant, reversed, luggage-grade zippers which also serve as a very practical dust seal. Inside, the popular RB Continental neck brace suspension system can be found which includes an adjustable locking strap that is built on a dense foam block to help prevent movement when the case is bumped, or even dropped. Further protection includes high-density dual-layer walls that are softer on the inside where it touches the instrument and harder on the outside to protect against the realities of rough travel. The interior is completely crafted with a plush, quilted "double helix" velvet lining, one of the trademarks of the new RB Continental case line.
A Ballistic Quadraweave'exterior features corded edges and seams that are double-stitched with high tensile thread and reinforced at tested stress points, topped off with the RB Continental Zero-G palm-contoured handle designed with weight distributing foam core.
