All of our bags carry a 7 year warranty against defects in materials or construction from the date of purchase. This warranty entitles the original owner to either repair or replacement, based upon our discretion, to a Reunion Blues bag. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with a product of similar value. Our warranty is limited to our bags only and excludes loss to personal property, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Our warranty does not cover zippers. Repairs and maintenance not under warranty can be handled through our authorized repair shop. Our warranty is valid after we receive a completed Warranty Request Form along with a copy of the store receipt.
