Due to hand craftmanship, weights and measurements listed on this website are subject to slight variations. At Reunion Blues, we are dedicated to producing the highest quality products. All of our bags carry a 7 year limited warranty against defects in materials or construction from the date of purchase. This warranty entitles the original owner to either repair or replacement, based upon our discretion, to a Reunion Blues bag. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with a product of similar value. Our warranty is limited to our bags only and excludes loss to personal property, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Our warranty does not cover zippers. Repairs and maintenance not under warranty can be handled through our authorized repair shop. Our warranty is valid after we receive a completed Warranty Request Form along with a copy of the store receipt. Reunion Blues bags are sold to licensed dealers only. Bags that are in stock are shipped within one week from the date ordered. Most out of stock bags can be shipped within six weeks, but extra time may be required for certain styles. Only a small amount of care is needed to keep a Reunion Blues bag in top condition. For leather bags, commercial leather products such as saddle soap will clean dirt and mink oil will replenish the natural oils. Fabric bags can be cleaned with soap and water and a stiff brush. Do not dry clean or machine wash bags as this will ruin the finish and will cause the interior padding to deteriorate.
