The Derby

4500 Los Feliz Blvd

Los Angeles, CA 90027

(323) 663-8979

booking: 323-663-8979
booking at ClubDerby dot com

The Derby is an old-school landmark and treasured venue located in Hollywood/Los Feliz. The landscape is seriously funny with a gigantic bar in the middle of the floor but its grown on me to the point where when I'm playing, it appears as if the bartenders are a part of the crowd-- and they get into it. Drinks are cheap and you can grab a bite on the other side of the venue at Louise's Trattoria‎. Don't go there with this guy as he'll eat your food and then hit you up for his missing picks.

The Continental Room

115 W Santa Fe Ave

Fullerton, CA 92832

(714) 526-4529

This is a beautiful little club that looks and feels like a late 50's casino lounge. It attracts a very musically sophisticated audience. When we are in the Southern California area, we love playing this venue. We love it so much there is a tune on our next c.d. (due out in Feb.) called The Continental Stomp! The Guy who books this room is Bobby Soul.
