Cafe Metropolis in downtown Wilkes-Barre is definitely our favorite place to play. We've played there three times so far and it's always been a good experience with them. The stage is small but the sound equipment is adequate and a small place like that makes for an intimate-type atmosphere with the audience.
Stuff to Do
"First Fridays and the St. Patrick's Day Parade in downtown Scranton are the must-do's here. Every First Friday of the month the shops open up downtown and let just about any act come in and show their stuff. It's taylored mostly to acoustic stuff but I'm sure they'd allow a full set up if you have the equipment for it. The Paddy's Day parade is just freakin' awesome."
Our favorite place to get music other than online just because of their great selection.
